I typically respond within 48 hours. Please include the app name, your device model, and OS version in your message so I can assist you faster.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled in your device settings and that the target device is powered on and in range. Try restarting both the app and the device.
Ensure your device has sufficient battery level before starting a firmware update. Do not close the app or move out of Bluetooth range during the update process. If the update fails, try again — the app will reconnect automatically.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store. If the problem continues, please contact me with details about what happened.
